Youth 4-Day Pottery Wheel Workshop
July 13th–16th (Monday–Thursday) | 9:30 AM–12:00 PM
Ages 9–14
$315 per student
A four-day pottery wheel workshop for young creatives, held in a beautiful garden studio setting.
Over the week, students will learn the foundations of wheel throwing through hands-on instruction, guided practice, and plenty of time at the wheel.
Students will learn how to prepare and centre clay, throw cups and bowls on the pottery wheel, and develop their own forms and ideas throughout the week. Underglazing and brush-on glazing techniques will also be introduced, allowing students to explore colour, carving, texture, and surface decoration on their pottery.
Finished work will be ready for pickup after firing, approximately 2–3 weeks after the final class.
All materials included: unlimited clay, studio tools, underglazes, studio glazes, and firings.
